Always use plenty of cutting oil and never cut across chrome. This stock has a unique slotted guide that allows chips to fall away from the cutting area. BTE to display at UBI Open House & Frame Builders Show: September 13th. United Bicycle Institute invites you to their first open house & first ever Southern Oregon Custom Bicycle Show. UBI has partnered with the Oregon Bicycle Constructor's Association to present a show of custom bicycles from Oregon and California builders (including UBI instructors). Orders from CANADA: Due to new US Postal rates & catagories, shipping to Canada has gone WAY up. We compute shipping options & amounts for Canadian orders and advise you by phone or Email before shipping.
Tires and Tubes: IRC has closed the factory in Indonesia from where we've been importing our mid to low priced tires and all of our tubes. The replacement factory in China is just getting up to speed so it's hard to know when we will be resupplied. Thanks for your patience!!
Sturmey: We just started with some older 3-speed internal hub parts. Just received a shipment of Sturmey hubs (Single-speed, 3-speed, 5-speed, and 8-speed; some with drum brakes, some feature a disc, others are freewheeling, some are now on the site under Components/Hubs/Sturmey Archer. We will also stock parts for those hubs. Adding more hubs all the time, Go Internal, Go Euro!
Campy Tools: We're still struggling to secure another tool order from Campy, but I removed some of the Campy entries because I'm tired of looking at the red "out of stock" listings. Will announce new Campy stock here, when received. Sorry Camp-o-phyles!!
